Keyro Saas | UI/UX Redesign

Keyro is a comprehensive SaaS platform tailored for training organizations, independent trainers, and educational institutions. It simplifies and automates the administrative processes associated with managing training programs, from scheduling and participant management to invoicing and reporting. Additionally, Keyro offers robust tools for digitizing and delivering training courses, whether conducted in-person, online, or in a hybrid format. This platform enables trainers to create, manage, and track their courses with ease, offering a seamless experience for both trainers and participants.

Since 2021, we have been a strategic partner in the ongoing enhancement of Keyro’s platform. Our collaboration has encompassed the design of intuitive user interfaces, the creation of new functionalities, and, more recently, a redesign. We meticulously worked with existing design components and patterns to ensure brand consistency while updating and refining the user experience. By building on the core elements of the design system, we successfully modernized the platform’s interface and improved its functionality without compromising user familiarity. This approach enabled us to deliver a refreshed, more user-friendly platform that meets the evolving needs of training professionals while preserving the essence of Keyro.
